Each of the 10 Architecturally designed studio apartments are modest in scale consisting of a good size kitchenette, wet floor shower, cupboards, wardrobe, small open plan lounge and bedroom, under floor central heating, emergency call system, 2 telephone and television jack points, good lighting and ample power points. All studios open onto a private patio or deck area via ranch slider doors. Residents bring their own furniture to add that touch of home. The Village Manager is able to provide regular health monitoring and emergency access to 24 hour care from Resthome staff adds a sense of security.
